offering Painting Contractor Business Coaching. Our coaching
programs are designed to provide you with expert assistance in
building your business, developing systems, and creating the type of
business you want to own.
Each month you will speak with Brian Phillips. You will learn how to develop
systems for your business, implement sound business practices, and
spend more time working on your business rather than in your
business.
Our programs
can be customized to meet your specific needs. The program begins
with a detailed survey to determine where you are in your business
and where you want to go. We will then create a program to help you
tackle your biggest priorities.
We offer
modules in many areas, including:
· Sales
· Estimating
· Production
Management
· Administration
· Marketing
· Finance
and Accounting
Each module
comes with a workbook that will help you identify solutions to your
problems and Action Steps to address those problems.
We offer a
number of different coaching programs. Coaching will occur by phone,
with additional email assistance. This will be a monthly
subscription service, and you will be able to cancel at any time and
owe nothing further.
Your first
subscription payment will be made in one week. During this time you
should complete and submit the questionnaire. You will receive an
email with instructions for downloading the questionnaire. When we
have received the completed questionnaire you will receive another
email to confirm receipt and schedule
our pre-coaching interview.
