Coaching Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are intended to explain most of the common questions about the Out of the Bucket.com Coaching Program.  If you have any additional questions, send an email to bphillips at outofthebucket.com.

1. Pre-Coaching Interview. Prior to beginning your coaching, you must complete a detailed questionnaire. This questionnaire will allow us to identify where your business is and where you want to take it. We will also have a 30 minute phone interview after you have completed the questionnaire.

2. Subscription Service. This is a subscription service. Payments must be made through PayPal's subscription payment service. You may cancel your subscription at any time and owe nothing further.

4. Copyrights. All materials are the copyrighted property of BEP Enterprises Incorporated and may not be distributed by you in any form. You may use these materials for your business only.

5. Audio Recordings. BEP Enterprises Incorporated retains all rights to audio recordings of phone conversations. Those recordings may be used for promotional or other purposes, but confidential information will not be revealed.

6. Expectations. While I cannot guarantee business success, I will make every reasonable effort to help you. You will need to take action—implement policies and procedures, develop forms and other materials, etc. Without these actions you will not see improvement. It is not my job to provide you with false praise. I will compliment you when it is deserved. I will also get in your face when that is deserved.
