Newsletters

 

Newsletters are an ideal tool for conveying information to customers and prospects. You can present more information than other marketing mediums (such as postcards or yellow page ads), and that information can be more timely. However, the function of newsletters goes beyond merely spreading the news.

A well designed  newsletter can convey a positive, professional image to the recipient. Your newsletter, both the content and the design, makes a powerful statement.

By mailing a newsletter regularly, you provide your customers and prospects with "something for nothing". They obtain useful information that can help them. This is particularly true if the information has "shelf life".

 

We offer a number of different newsletters to help you market your paint contracting company. These newsletters can be mailed to past clients, which is an effective means of customer retention marketing. You can also give them to prospective clients as a means of providing information about your company and your services.

 

We recommend mailing to past clients at least 4 times per year. Staying in contact with your past clients reminds them that you want their business, and will differentiate your company.
